| March 1st | Applications Due | All application materials must be submitted to be considered for admission. |
| May 1st | Decisions are released | Decisions will be released via email and uploaded to student application portals. |
| May 8th | Student Responses Due | All Accepted and Waitpool students must accept or decline their status offer and register for placement testing to maintain their position at IMSA. |
| May 10th | Placement Testing (Downstate Illinois Location - Litchfield) | All Accepted and Waitpool students must attend one Placement Testing date |
| May 17th | Placement Testing (Aurora Location- IMSA Campus) | All Accepted and Waitpool students must attend one Placement Testing date |
| May 31st | All Required Annual Registration Forms Due | All Accepted and Waitpool students must complete all required forms listed in PowerSchool. |
| June 14th or 15th for Admits June 23rd for Waitpool | Orientation | Accepted students will be required to attend ONE of these Orientation Dates. |
| TBD | Student/School Fees, and Out-of-State Tuition Invoices are Available | Invoices will be available online in the MySchoolBucks link through PowerSchool |
| July 7th - 26th | Excel Program | Students invited to this 3 week summer program will be required to attend during these dates. |
| August 1st | 1st or Full Payments Due | Student/School Fees and Out-of-State tuition 1st or Full Payments are due. |
| August 14th | Sophomore Move-In | All sophomores will be required to move in this day. |
| August 16th | Convocation | This is the last day for students to be pulled from the waitpool. |
| TBD | First Day of Classes | Students will start their assigned classes. |
